The maybe match at Aurora gun club March 5.
Gentlemen, The maybe match at Aurora gun club March 5. Depending on the weather, if
it is windy and snowing tomorrow morning we will not have a match. If it is not snowing
and not too windy we will be shooting at Aurora gun club. I will post on the blog by 6:30
AM so you guys have plenty of time to get to the range. If it’s nice I hope to see you
there if not I’ll see you next week at CRC

CRC SMALLBORE 2/13/22 SuperBowl Match
I know you can only take so much Pre-Game analysis of each team, coaches, players, stadium, weather, etc., etc. So come out to CRC for our Smallbore match Sunday. Yes, we will be done in time for you to get home and watch the game. Who knows, maybe you will win a special prize.

Practice match at Aurora February 6th, 2022
I will be having a practice match at Aurora tomorrow as result of the CRC High Power
match being canceled.
It looks to a bit chilly in the morning and warming up later. This cost of the match will
be minimal. All of the proceeds will be going toward the combined High Power / Smallbore
state match.
We will be starting at our scheduled start times 7:30 am.

HIGH POWER / CRC 2-6-22

HP 2-6-22 is on but....
Being out there three times the last seven days I can tell you the range has been muddy. The main entrance CRC road is a real mess. The firing line is ice covered in spots. Berms are muddy in places, tumbleweed blockage in places, too. Based on the weather forecast right now for Sunday it will be sunny starting at about 18F reaching mid 30's later in the day. It may be possible to drive down range early while still frozen and set up the swinger targets. Setting up the entire range with targets is a no go. The truck and trailer will not be driving to the berms.
The range still had past snow still on it and this storm added more. Be prepared for cold and possible muddy conditions. Use your own judgment on coming out to shoot. We might not even have enough shooters for the swinger target setup. We can always just shoot at the permanent steel already in place. They closely represent the animals in square inches.
