My fellow shooters, I will be out at Green Mill on Sunday at 7:30. Come and join me. Practice starts at 8:00am and the match at 9:00am.

On that regard (the match start time) - The 4 CO Smallbore Match Directors had a conference call a few weeks ago and decided unanimously that we'd like to keep things simple and make the start time of our matches uniform all year round. I know Bob thinks this way too - consider HP matches have always been 9am :)

So effective immediately, we will no longer be shifting for "winter hours" and will start our matches at 9:00AM, year round.

CRC Smallbore 6-14-20 ??

We have an opportunity to potentially have a Smallbore Silhouette Rifle math at CRC on Sunday, June 14th.  There are several restrictions on doing this, including not having anymore than 10 TOTAL people on the range., proper social distancing, etc.

If you want to attend, you must contact me and let me know.  I will notify the accepted shooters by Saturday, June 6th.

RANGE CLOSURES

COVID - 19 Range Closures:

Everyone, both CRC and Aurora Gun Club are closed to everyone!!  Greenmill is open to individual members, but all group or organized matches are currently cancelled.

So, no organized silhouette matches in the immediate future.

3-15-20 Greenmill Cancelled

Per Joe Swain,  the Smallbore Rifle Silhouette Match for 3-15-20 has been Cancelled.

CRC Smallbore MATCH MOVED 2-9-20

Due to the snow and cold weather this weekend, I am moving this Sunday's Smallbore match at CRC to the Colorado Parks & Wildlife Hunter Education Range.  This is an indoor range.  We will shoot reduced scale paper targets.

The Hunter Education  Range is at CPW,  6060 Broadway, Denver 80216.  If you are coming from I-25, exit at 58th ave, then turn west to the bottom of the hill.  Turn right on Broadway (it's the first street west of I-25).  Go about 2 blocks, after you cross the railroad tracks, take the second entrance on the right.  Follow the signs / the Hunter Education Building is in the northeast corner of the complex.

I will have the range open by 7:45am to get an adjusted zero and warmup.   We will start the practice match at 9:00am.   Let me know if you have any questions.
